Our Verdict
The choice between AE: Order Editing & Upsell and Pos Malaysia depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the merchant is struggling with order cancellations, wants to improve the post-purchase experience, and increase AOV, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. The high rating and numerous reviews suggest it's a well-received and effective solution.
However, if the merchant's primary concern is streamlining their shipping process, managing deliveries via Pos Malaysia, and generating consignment notes, then Pos Malaysia is the relevant app. However, given the lack of ratings and reviews, merchants should proceed with caution, potentially seeking alternative shipping management solutions with proven track records if available. A merchant may need both apps, but for very different functions.
