Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer experience and looking to reduce support tickets while increasing AOV through self-service order editing and post-purchase upsells, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its comprehensive features, higher rating, and significantly larger number of reviews suggest a robust and well-received app. However, merchants primarily concerned with streamlining their order fulfillment processes and creating custom packing slips, invoices, and picking lists should opt for Printrooster Order Printing. This app provides powerful tools for managing printing workflows, especially valuable for businesses handling a large volume of orders where efficient back-end processes are paramount.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs of the merchant. If the focus is on front-end customer experience and order modifications, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is superior. If the focus is on back-end order processing and printing, Printrooster Order Printing is the better solution.
