Our Verdict
AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice for merchants prioritizing a proven solution with strong social proof and established integrations like Shopify Flow and 3PL. Its compatibility with Shopify's Legacy customer accounts is also a major advantage for merchants who haven't migrated to the new accounts system. SelfServe: Order Edits Upsells might appeal to merchants seeking a newer app and willing to take a risk on an unproven solution, possibly to secure a better pricing structure or specific features (like checkout upsells or granular risk cancellation review). However, the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its actual performance.
