Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on improving the post-purchase experience within their Shopify store, reducing cancellations, and boosting AOV, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its focus on self-service order edits and upsells directly addresses these needs and is reflected in its high rating and positive reviews.
However, if a merchant is selling across multiple channels, including marketplaces, and requires a comprehensive ERP system to manage inventory, orders, and finances, Sistema ERP da Olist might be a better fit. While its rating is significantly lower, it addresses a different set of needs for merchants with more complex operational requirements. However, the low rating suggests caution is warranted, and further research into user feedback is advised before committing to this solution. The promotional coupon implies it is aggressively seeking new users.
