Our Verdict
The choice between AE: Order Editing & Upsell and Swiss Post Label Printer hinges entirely on the merchant's primary pain point. If the goal is to reduce cancellations, improve customer experience through self-service order editing, and potentially increase AOV, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the clear choice. Its high rating and larger number of reviews also suggest a robust and reliable app. Conversely, if the merchant's main concern is streamlining the shipping process with Swiss Post within Switzerland, Swiss Post Label Printer provides a specialized solution for label creation and tracking. Its slightly lower rating but still positive reviews point towards good performance within its niche.
