Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants aiming to minimize customer support workload and maximize average order value, AE: Order Editing & Upsell is the superior choice. Its automated self-service features and upsell capabilities offer a streamlined post-purchase experience. Businesses with a higher volume of orders and a need for scalable solutions will find AE: Order Editing & Upsell more aligned with their goals. However, merchants prioritizing a strong focus on customer service, offering numerous return and exchange options, and facilitating reorders might find Webkul Order Management a more suitable fit, despite its lower rating and fewer reviews. It's geared towards businesses that value direct customer interaction and personalized service over automation.
