Affiliate Marketing ReferrLy vs Referral Rocket & Affiliatefor Shopify (2026)
Affiliate Marketing ReferrLy and Referral Rocket & Affiliate both aim to provide Shopify merchants with tools to leverage affiliate and referral marketing. However, they present stark differences. ReferrLy boasts a strong established presence with a perfect 5-star rating based on a significant 786 reviews. It emphasizes seamless affiliate onboarding, customizability in commission rules, and automated referral link creation, indicating a focus on ease of use and comprehensive affiliate management. This makes it attractive to merchants prioritizing a robust, immediately functional system with proven performance. Referral Rocket & Affiliate, on the other hand, is a new entrant with no current user reviews. It positions itself as a solution for maximizing growth through powerful programs, highlighting features like customizable affiliate programs, automated referral tracking, and gamified reward systems. While promising, its lack of validation presents a risk. Referral Rocket appears aimed at merchants wanting advanced features like gamification and may be willing to invest more time in configuring a potentially powerful system. Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a ready-to-go solution with a proven track record and comprehensive affiliate management, Affiliate Marketing ReferrLy is the clear choice. Its high rating and significant review count indicate reliability and ease of use. The focus on seamless onboarding and automated features makes it especially appealing for businesses prioritizing speed and efficiency.
Referral Rocket & Affiliate might be a better fit for merchants with more time to invest in customization and a higher risk tolerance. Its focus on gamification and advanced rewards systems could attract those aiming for highly engaged referral programs and maximizing customer acquisition, but the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its actual performance and ease of implementation. Carefully consider if your business is suited to testing new and unproven technologies.
