Afterbuy Connector vs CRM PLUS on LINEfor Shopify (2026)
Afterbuy Connector and CRM PLUS on LINE serve vastly different purposes for Shopify merchants. Afterbuy Connector focuses on integrating a Shopify store with the Afterbuy e-commerce platform, primarily used for managing products and orders across multiple marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Its strength lies in bidirectional product and order synchronization, making it ideal for merchants selling on various channels and needing centralized inventory and order management. The target audience is clearly merchants already using or intending to use the Afterbuy system. CRM PLUS on LINE, conversely, is a marketing automation tool centered around the LINE messaging platform. Its key strength is leveraging customer data and Shopify tags to automate personalized LINE messages, such as abandoned cart reminders and restock notifications. It also offers LINE Login integration (Shopify Plus only). This app targets merchants looking to engage customers through LINE, offering a direct and personalized communication channel. The considerable difference in user ratings and review counts suggests a significant difference in user satisfaction and adoption of the apps.

Our Verdict
The choice between Afterbuy Connector and CRM PLUS on LINE hinges entirely on a merchant's specific needs. If a merchant is already invested in the Afterbuy ecosystem and requires seamless integration with their Shopify store for multi-channel sales, Afterbuy Connector is the more relevant choice, despite its low rating. However, the low rating and very small number of reviews should give pause and suggest further research or exploring alternatives.
On the other hand, if a merchant aims to leverage LINE for customer engagement, marketing automation, and personalized communication, CRM PLUS on LINE is the clear winner, backed by a perfect rating and a substantial number of positive reviews. It offers a straightforward path to enhance customer relationships through targeted LINE messages. Shopify Plus merchants can additionally benefit from LINE Login integration.
