Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a complete marketing solution with email, SMS, CRM, AI-powered recommendations, and marketing automation capabilities, AfterShip Email Marketing,SMS is the superior choice. It offers a robust platform for driving leads, customer engagement, and sales through various channels. However, for merchants who are primarily focused on improving the look and effectiveness of their Shopify order and shipping notification emails and want a user-friendly solution that requires no coding or design skills, Orderly Emails ‑ Templates App is the better option. It's perfect for quickly branding and optimizing transactional emails to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
Ultimately, the decision hinges on the scope of marketing needs. If a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach is desired, AfterShip wins. If the focus is solely on refining Shopify's built-in email notifications, Orderly Emails is the more targeted and efficient solution. While Orderly Emails boasts a slightly higher rating, AfterShip’s larger user base suggests its broader feature set addresses the needs of a larger segment of Shopify merchants.
