AfterShip Order Tracking vs Easy Fulfillment: Bulk Fulfillfor Shopify (2026)
AfterShip Order Tracking and Easy Fulfillment: Bulk Fulfill, while both operating within the 'Orders' and 'Order Tracking' categories on Shopify, serve distinct purposes and cater to different merchant needs. AfterShip positions itself as a comprehensive post-purchase experience platform focused on branded tracking, automated notifications, and AI-powered delivery estimations. It targets merchants seeking to enhance customer satisfaction by providing shipment visibility, reducing WISMO (Where Is My Order) inquiries, and optimizing on-time delivery performance through data-driven insights. Easy Fulfillment: Bulk Fulfill, on the other hand, appears to prioritize order fulfillment efficiency. While limited information is provided about its features, its name suggests a focus on streamlining the bulk fulfillment process. This implies its target audience consists of merchants who prioritize efficient order processing and shipment, potentially before focusing on customer-facing tracking experiences. The vastly different review counts and ratings also point to different adoption levels and maturity levels, with AfterShip being a more established app. Therefore, the choice hinges on whether a merchant prioritizes enhancing the post-purchase experience or simply accelerating the fulfillment stage of order management.
