Our Verdict
Given the available information, Quick Returns and Exchanges ↻↺ appears to be the more established and reliable choice in 2026. Its high rating and existing user base of 17 reviews suggest that it delivers on its promises. It is especially well-suited for merchants experiencing a high volume of returns or those looking to optimize their post-purchase customer experience.
AI Copilot, while potentially promising, is a riskier choice due to its lack of reviews and unknown performance. It might be a good fit for merchants willing to experiment with AI-driven product listing tools and who are comfortable being early adopters. However, prospective users should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate its capabilities before committing to a subscription. It is crucial to note that the AI image generation feature could prove very valuable to merchants who don't have a professional photographer and who don't want to do it themselves, but the lack of reviews make its quality uncertain. Given more reviews and a better rating, AI Copilot would be more competitive.
