Our Verdict
Smart Stories | Video Story, based on available data, seems to be a more established app with positive initial user feedback, making it a safer bet for merchants looking to implement video marketing strategies quickly. It's well-suited for businesses that already have a good handle on their product listings but want to enhance customer engagement and drive sales through visually appealing stories. AI Copilot, while promising, lacks any user reviews, making it a riskier choice. However, for merchants struggling with product creation and optimization, particularly those who find product listing tedious or need help generating product images, AI Copilot could be a worthwhile investment if the features align with their needs, assuming the lack of reviews reflects a new app rather than dissatisfaction.
Common Questions
