Our Verdict
For apparel merchants specifically seeking a personalized virtual try-on experience driven by AI and focused on clothing, AI Virtual Try-On by EdgeCloud appears to be the better choice, assuming their AI model delivers on the promise of accurate fit alignment. The existing positive rating, although based on a small sample size, is also a positive indicator. However, merchants selling a wider range of products or those requiring more comprehensive 3D/AR viewing capabilities, including visualizing products in a real-world environment, should consider Overlyapp. Overlyapp's emphasis on support and setup assistance also makes it a potentially suitable option for merchants new to 3D/AR technology and requiring more hands-on guidance. The lack of ratings or reviews is a concern, but their offered support could offset this risk.
