Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a hands-off approach to customer service, Aidify is the clear winner. Its AI agent handles inquiries automatically, providing multilingual support and upselling opportunities around the clock. The 100% money-back guarantee for 3 months further reduces risk. However, for businesses that value direct human interaction and want to build stronger relationships with their customers through live chat, Orka provides a simpler and more immediate solution. While Orka offers real-time support, it relies on staff availability. If building personal connections and immediate human assistance are key, Orka is the better choice; otherwise, Aidify's automated approach provides a compelling value proposition.
