AIMS 360 Fashion Business ERP vs DataChamp Order Export XLS/CSVfor Shopify (2026)
AIMS 360 Fashion Business ERP and DataChamp Order Export XLS/CSV both fall under the ERP category on Shopify, but cater to very different merchant needs. AIMS 360 is an all-in-one ERP solution specifically designed for fashion brands, providing end-to-end management of warehouse, 3PL, production, and sales channels. Its strength lies in real-time integration, automating processes like inventory synchronization and order fulfillment directly within the Shopify ecosystem. It seems to be positioning itself as a time saver, eliminating the need for manual data entry. DataChamp, on the other hand, is focused on data reporting and export. It allows merchants to create custom CSV and Excel reports for orders, products, customers, and metafields, enabling in-depth analysis and integration with other systems. Its key strength is flexibility, offering over 500 fields to choose from and automated scheduled deliveries to various destinations like Google Drive and FTP servers. While it can assist with ERP integration through its data export capabilities, it does not offer the comprehensive, integrated ERP functionalities of AIMS 360. It seems to target the merchants that are particularly interested in accounting, fulfillment and data analysis.

Our Verdict
For fashion brands seeking a comprehensive ERP solution to manage their entire business from production to sales, AIMS 360 is the clear choice. Its deep Shopify integration and industry-specific features cater directly to the needs of apparel businesses. However, it's crucial to consider that the very low number of reviews, might indicate it is new in the market or only targets a niche group of merchants.
DataChamp is a better fit for merchants needing flexible data export and reporting capabilities across orders, products, and customers. It's a valuable tool for integrating Shopify data with accounting software, ERP systems, or for performing in-depth analysis. Its general-purpose nature makes it suitable for a wider range of Shopify stores regardless of the industry. The higher number of reviews, suggests that it may be a more established product and could be considered more reliable.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
While it is difficult to answer without usage data, DataChamp likely offers a simpler user experience due to its focus on data export. AIMS 360, with its comprehensive ERP features, might present a steeper learning curve.
Does AIMS 360 offer data export capabilities?
The description doesn't explicitly state that AIMS 360 can export data in CSV or Excel formats. Its primary focus is on internal management and real-time synchronization with Shopify.
Can DataChamp handle inventory management?
No, DataChamp is designed for data export and reporting, not for managing inventory. AIMS 360 has strong inventory management features.
Which app is better for a small, bootstrapped fashion startup?
If budget is a major concern, a smaller business should carefully evaluate if a full-fledged ERP like AIMS 360 is actually necessary. DataChamp might be more appropriate and less expensive, allowing you to pull the data necessary to perform your tasks. However, if the startup's focus is scaling quickly, AIMS 360 could automate manual tasks to save time in the long run.
How can these apps be used together?
If a merchant uses AIMS 360 but needs more advanced reporting or integration with a specific external system not supported by AIMS 360 directly, they could potentially use DataChamp to extract the necessary Shopify data and transfer it to the other application. This would allow them to take advantage of both apps' features.
