AIMS 360 Fashion Business ERP vs Synkro: Inventory Syncfor Shopify (2026)
AIMS 360 Fashion Business ERP and Synkro: Inventory Sync both offer inventory synchronization solutions for Shopify merchants, but cater to vastly different needs and scales of operation. AIMS 360 positions itself as a comprehensive ERP solution specifically for fashion brands, focusing on managing the entire business operation from warehouse to sales channels (including Shopify). It emphasizes integrated management of styles, production, inventory, orders, and shipping, streamlining workflows for fashion businesses with potentially complex manufacturing and distribution processes. The low number of reviews, however, suggests it might be a newer Shopify app, or aimed towards enterprise level implementations not commonly reviewed publicly. Synkro, on the other hand, is a more focused inventory synchronization tool designed for merchants managing multiple Shopify stores. It prioritizes ease of use and real-time syncing between stores, offering features like product cloning and custom price rules. It is especially suitable for merchants who sell the same or similar products across multiple Shopify storefronts and need to maintain consistent inventory and pricing. Synkro's high review count suggests a more established and user-friendly platform for this specific purpose.

Our Verdict
For fashion brands requiring a comprehensive ERP system to manage their entire business operations, including production, warehouse, and multiple sales channels, AIMS 360 Fashion Business ERP is the better choice, despite the limited number of reviews. However, its complexity might make it overkill for smaller businesses or those only focused on inventory syncing.
If a merchant's primary need is to synchronize inventory and product information across multiple Shopify stores, Synkro: Inventory Sync is the more suitable and likely easier-to-use option. Its high review count and focused feature set make it a reliable choice for multi-store management. The custom price rules can also be an attractive feature for those with dynamic pricing strategies across their stores.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Synkro: Inventory Sync is likely easier to set up and use due to its focused feature set and higher review count, indicating a more user-friendly interface. AIMS360, being an ERP, will probably require more configuration and training.
Which app is better for a single Shopify store?
Neither app is optimized for a single Shopify store. AIMS360 might have some value if the store has very complex inventory and warehouse management needs, but its ERP functions are unlikely to be useful for a simple store. Synkro is specifically designed for multi-store synchronization and is not needed for a single store.
Which app handles product variations better?
Both apps mention handling product information. AIMS360 specifically mentions managing 'Styles, Colors, Descriptions, Images', indicating support for product variations. Synkro claims Real-time inventory levels and 'product property' syncing, suggesting it also syncs product variations.
Which app offers better customer support?
Synkro explicitly states it offers 'top-notch customer support' and a dedicated team. While AIMS 360 may also have customer support, it is not explicitly mentioned in the app description.
Which app would be more appropriate for a clothing boutique with an online store and a physical retail location?
AIMS 360 would likely be more appropriate, as it is a full ERP solution built for the fashion industry. It supports warehouse management, and potentially POS integration as mentioned in the description (though POS is not explicitly stated). These are features that a standard inventory sync app would not offer.
