Our Verdict
Given the limited and negative feedback for Aircall, DigitalGenius appears to be the more promising option, despite the lack of user reviews. DigitalGenius's focus on AI-powered customer support and conversion optimization makes it potentially suitable for merchants with significant customer service demands and a desire to leverage AI for business growth. However, merchants should proceed with caution and ideally seek a trial or demonstration to assess the actual performance and effectiveness of DigitalGenius's AI features before committing to a paid plan. Aircall's lack of information and poor rating makes it difficult to recommend without further insights. Ultimately, the best app depends on the specific needs and technical capabilities of the merchant, and further research is essential before making a decision.
