Its higher review count suggests a more established and reliable app. HIKO is best suited for stores that need to reduce friction during signup and acquisition and focus on using marketing automation tools for outreach. If simplifying the sign-up experience and directly feeding data into your marketing campaigns are critical, HIKO is the better choice. Ultimately, the selection hinges on whether the need is granular customer insights or simplified account creation and marketing alignment.
