Alena ‑ mPOHODA integration vs Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generatorfor Shopify (2026)
Alena ‑ mPOHODA integration focuses on connecting Shopify stores with the mPOHODA and POHODA accounting systems, targeting merchants in regions where these systems are prevalent. Its core value proposition lies in automating invoice creation and payout reconciliation specifically for mPOHODA users. Alena creates invoices directly in mPohoda, sends them as PDFs, and generates POHODA-ready payout CSV files, aiming to eliminate manual data entry and improve accounting workflow efficiency for its target audience. Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator, on the other hand, is a broader invoice generation tool. The available data does not suggest integration with a specific accounting system. Its strength lies in its proven user satisfaction, evidenced by a perfect 5/5 rating based on 105 reviews. While Alena is tailored to mPOHODA and POHODA, Oxilayer seems to offer a more general solution for PDF invoice generation that resonates with a wider range of Shopify merchants. Its lack of connection to a specific accounting platform might mean merchants need to manually import the data into their accounting software which could be less efficient than Alena if you are using mPOHODA or POHODA.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants using mPOHODA or POHODA accounting systems, Alena ‑ mPOHODA integration is the clear choice. Its automated invoice creation and payout reconciliation features, designed specifically for those platforms, offer significant time savings and reduced risk of manual errors.
However, if you aren't using mPOHODA or POHODA, or simply need a reliable PDF invoice generator with positive user feedback, Oxilayer PDF Invoice Generator is the better option. The 5/5 rating with 105 reviews suggests a well-received and user-friendly solution, even if it lacks the specialized accounting system integration offered by Alena.
