Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring vs Order Management — Trackeasyfor Shopify (2026)
Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring and Order Management — Trackeasy, while sharing the 'Staff notifications' category, address fundamentally different needs for Shopify merchants. Alertly focuses on real-time conversion rate monitoring and alerting, targeting merchants who frequently update their stores and need immediate insight into potential conversion dips. Order Management — Trackeasy, on the other hand, is geared towards streamlining order fulfillment processes, from preparation to delivery, especially useful for businesses managing physical order flows like restaurants or warehouses. Their value propositions reflect this stark contrast: Alertly aims to prevent lost sales due to unnoticed issues, while Trackeasy seeks to improve operational efficiency and reduce communication overhead. The core difference lies in their target audience. Alertly is best suited for merchants concerned with website performance and conversion optimization. Trackeasy caters to businesses with complex order fulfillment processes involving multiple stages, locations, and users. The 'Staff Notifications' category is the common thread, but how they notify and what they notify *about* are worlds apart. Alertly utilizes email, SMS, and Slack for conversion rate drops, Shopify status updates, out-of-stock warnings, and Recharge issues. Trackeasy sends alarms for new orders and provides visibility into order status across devices, improving internal staff communication related to order fulfillment.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing website performance and conversion optimization, especially those making frequent changes to their store, Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring is the more appropriate choice. The real-time conversion rate alerts can be invaluable in identifying and addressing issues quickly. However, given the single review, it's prudent to thoroughly vet the app.
Order Management — Trackeasy is a better fit for businesses struggling with order fulfillment efficiency. Its multi-stage tracking, multi-device support, and new order alarms can significantly streamline operations, particularly for restaurants, warehouses, or companies with multiple locations. The larger number of reviews provides slightly more confidence in its performance, but ensure it aligns with your specific workflow needs.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on their features, Alertly likely has a simpler setup process, focusing primarily on conversion rate monitoring configuration. Trackeasy, with its multi-stage order tracking, may require more configuration to align with a business's specific workflow.
Which app is better for identifying technical issues on my website?
Alertly is designed to detect dips in conversion rate, which *could* be caused by technical issues. However, its primary function is conversion monitoring, not direct technical issue detection. If you need detailed technical insights, consider a dedicated performance monitoring app.
Does Alertly provide inventory management alerts?
Alertly includes 'Out of stock' notifications as one of its key features, suggesting it does. However, the extent of its inventory management capabilities isn't explicitly stated. Check its documentation for details.
Can Trackeasy integrate with third-party delivery services?
The app description does not explicitly state integrations with third-party delivery services. However, the ability to track delivery status suggests that you could potentially manage delivery status within the system, or it could be an integration point. Direct contact with the developer would be necessary to confirm this.
Is Alertly a replacement for Google Analytics?
No, Alertly is not a replacement for Google Analytics. Alertly provides real-time alerts for conversion rate drops, while Google Analytics offers comprehensive website traffic and user behavior data. They serve different purposes but can complement each other.
