Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring vs WeSupply Returns & Exchangesfor Shopify (2026)
Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring and WeSupply Returns & Exchanges cater to distinct yet vital areas of Shopify store management. Alertly focuses on proactive issue detection, specifically concerning conversion rates. It monitors store sessions and purchases in real-time, immediately notifying merchants via Email, SMS, or Slack about conversion rate drops, out-of-stock situations, Shopify status issues, and Recharge status issues. This makes it ideal for merchants who frequently modify their stores or are highly sensitive to conversion dips. WeSupply Returns & Exchanges, on the other hand, is concerned with post-purchase experiences. While both apps share the 'Staff notifications' category, their primary functions diverge significantly. Alertly aims to prevent problems before they severely impact sales, whereas WeSupply deals with managing returns and exchanges, potentially impacting customer satisfaction and retention. Choosing between them depends on whether the merchant's priority is proactive performance monitoring or streamlined returns management.

Our Verdict
Alertly ‑ Store Monitoring is the clear choice for merchants who are actively managing and updating their store, deploying new apps, or launching new features. Its real-time conversion rate monitoring and alert system provide crucial early warnings to prevent lost sales. If preventing conversion rate drops due to technical issues or inventory problems is a priority, Alertly is the better option.
However, a merchant concerned about customer satisfaction and operational efficiency regarding product returns and exchanges would benefit more from WeSupply Returns & Exchanges. While both use staff notifications, their ultimate goals are vastly different. Ultimately, the best app depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs and priorities.
