Our Verdict
For merchants seeking immediate awareness of new orders and abandoned carts and who heavily utilize Google Chat for communication, Alerty: Alerts for Google Chat is the more relevant choice, *if* the app proves reliable after launch. It caters to operational efficiency by providing real-time sales data. However, the lack of reviews at the present time makes it a riskier choice.
In contrast, Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent is better suited for merchants experiencing a significant volume of potentially fraudulent transactions and requiring robust fraud prevention measures. Its automated rules, tailored setup wizard, and options for automated order cancellation make it a powerful tool for risk management. For merchants concerned about chargebacks and revenue loss due to fraud, Fraud Falcon is the clearer recommendation, given its positive reviews and proactive approach.
