Our Verdict
The choice between Alpaca and CFDI Express is highly dependent on the merchant's specific needs. If you're a business seeking to offer local pickup and delivery, Alpaca is the clear choice, providing the tools to manage scheduling, rates, and fulfillment. Its easy installation and user-friendly interface make it accessible to a wide range of merchants.
However, if your business operates in Mexico and requires electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0) to comply with local tax regulations, CFDI Express is essential. While it has fewer reviews, its focus on a specific regulatory requirement makes it indispensable for the relevant target audience. Ultimately, these apps address completely distinct needs, making it unlikely that a merchant would need to choose between them unless they have a business offering local delivery *and* requiring Mexican e-invoicing.
