Our Verdict
For merchants specifically looking to create and sell online courses, Alva Courses is the clear choice. Its features are tailored to building and delivering structured learning experiences. However, if you need to sell individual digital files such as ebooks, music, or software, FileJar ‑ Digital Downloads is the more suitable option. It offers secure and reliable delivery for a wider range of digital products. The number of reviews for FileJar also suggest a more established user base, even though both have high ratings. While Alva Courses looks promising, the single review warrants more scrutiny. FileJar provides a better-tested solution for general digital download needs.
