Common Questions
Which app is better for increasing customer loyalty?
While Amai can indirectly increase loyalty through attractive discounts, Gatsby directly fosters loyalty through engagement features and integration with loyalty programs like Smile, LoyaltyLion, and Yotpo.
Which app is easier to use?
Without hands-on experience, it's hard to definitively say. Amai's description suggests simplicity in generating codes, but Gatsby's focus on automation may also streamline processes once set up. Review volume suggests Gatsby is more widely used and therefore, perhaps, better supported.
Can Amai help me acquire new customers?
Amai's primary function is to incentivize existing or potential customers through discounts. While discounts can attract new customers, Amai doesn't actively focus on customer acquisition like Gatsby does through social media conversion.
Does Gatsby offer discount codes like Amai?
Gatsby focuses on converting followers and engaging users through social media. It does not directly offer bulk discount code generation or management as a primary feature like Amai.
If I use both apps, would they conflict with each other?
No, these apps address different aspects of marketing. Amai focuses on internal discount management, while Gatsby focuses on external social media engagement. Using both can create a comprehensive marketing strategy.
