Gratisfaction suits merchants looking for a broader marketing strategy that encompasses giveaways, contests, loyalty programs, and referral programs. While it may require more setup and learning, its wide range of features can significantly impact customer engagement and lifetime value. It is a more comprehensive option if you have the marketing resources to manage many campaigns.
