Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify vs Lably—Product Labels & Badgesfor Shopify (2026)
Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify and Lably—Product Labels & Badges cater to different needs within the Shopify promotions ecosystem. Amai focuses on enabling and managing pre-orders, aiming to increase sales by capturing demand before a product is officially launched or restocked. Its features revolve around customizing pre-order functionality, creating urgency, and offering flexible payment options. Lably, on the other hand, is all about visual merchandising, using labels and badges to highlight promotions, sales, or product characteristics to improve conversion rates. While both apps aim to boost sales, they achieve this through different mechanisms. Amai manages product unavailability and future availability with pre-orders, targeting merchants who frequently launch new products or face inventory challenges. Lably enhances existing product visibility with visually appealing labels and badges for various occasions and campaigns, targeting merchants seeking to improve click-through rates and conversions for their existing inventory. Amai appears to offer greater support, with 24/7 live chat and developer support, but that may not compensate for Lably's significantly higher user rating.
