Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime vs Shiprocket: eCommerce Shippingfor Shopify (2026)
Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime and Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping are both third-party logistics (3PL) apps on the Shopify app store, but cater to distinctly different audiences and geographic regions. Amazon MCF focuses on leveraging Amazon's established fulfillment network to streamline logistics for Shopify merchants, primarily in the US and UK. Its key strengths lie in utilizing existing Amazon inventory, offering fast and reliable delivery, and integrating with Buy with Prime to boost conversions. Shiprocket, on the other hand, targets Indian businesses seeking to automate shipping operations both domestically and internationally. Shiprocket distinguishes itself by aggregating multiple courier partners on a single platform and providing features like a courier recommendation engine, real-time tracking, and faster COD payments. While Amazon MCF emphasizes leveraging Amazon's brand recognition and fulfillment infrastructure, Shiprocket prioritizes providing a comprehensive shipping solution with competitive rates and advanced features specifically tailored for the Indian market. The higher review count of Shiprocket suggests a broader user base, while Amazon MCF's higher rating indicates potentially higher user satisfaction among its niche of Amazon-integrated merchants.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants already utilizing Amazon's fulfillment services or wanting to leverage Buy with Prime in the US, Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime is the clear choice. Its integration with the Amazon ecosystem offers a streamlined fulfillment process and access to Prime members. However, for Indian businesses requiring a comprehensive shipping solution with multiple courier options, competitive rates, and India-specific features like next-day COD payments, Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping is the superior option. Shiprocket's focus on shipping automation and RTO reduction makes it ideal for businesses seeking to optimize their shipping operations within and beyond India.
