AMP Back in Stock | PreOrder vs Seguno Email Marketingfor Shopify (2026)
Both AMP Back in Stock | PreOrder and Seguno Email Marketing share a strong rating (4.8/5) and similar review counts (739 vs 671). However, they cater to different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. AMP Back in Stock | PreOrder is a specialized app focused solely on capturing lost sales through back-in-stock notifications and pre-order capabilities. It offers multiple notification channels (email, SMS, push), branded customization, and insights into product demand, all geared towards optimizing restock planning and conversion rates. Seguno Email Marketing, on the other hand, provides a broader email marketing solution built exclusively for Shopify. While it now includes Back in Stock alerts as a feature, its primary focus is on creating and automating targeted, on-brand emails for various marketing purposes. Its strength lies in its seamless integration with Shopify data, AI-powered email creation tools, and built-in deliverability assistance. Merchants prioritizing a comprehensive email marketing strategy with some back-in-stock functionality may prefer Seguno, while those solely focused on recapturing lost sales due to out-of-stock items and offering preorders would benefit more from AMP.
