AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ vs Inquiris: Questions & Answersfor Shopify (2026)
AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ (HelpHQ) and Inquiris: Questions & Answers both address customer inquiries but target different aspects of customer support. HelpHQ focuses on proactive support by creating comprehensive FAQ pages and help centers, aiming to preempt customer questions and reduce support tickets. Its insta-search, powerful editor, and customizable design make it suitable for building a self-service knowledge base. In contrast, Inquiris centers around enabling customers to ask product-specific questions directly on product pages. It is designed to foster interaction and address specific pre-purchase concerns. The data export option adds a bit of flexibility to it. HelpHQ's strength lies in its established positive user feedback (5/5 rating from 13 reviews) and features focused on data-driven improvement of the help center through customer feedback collection. It seems to empower merchants to get a good, detailed look at their customers. Inquiris, however, is a newer app with no reviews, and focuses on turning customer product inquiries into sales. Ultimately, the choice depends on whether a merchant wants a comprehensive FAQ or a direct Q&A feature on product pages.

Our Verdict
For merchants looking to build a robust knowledge base to answer common questions and proactively address customer needs, AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ is the better option. Its established user feedback and focus on data-driven improvement make it a reliable choice. The customizable editor and customer feedback mechanisms provide tools to optimize the help center over time. Its Insta-search functionality may save customers a great deal of time.
In contrast, Inquiris: Questions & Answers is suited for merchants who want to directly engage with customers on product pages, answering questions and potentially increasing conversions. However, the lack of reviews and the need for active moderation make it a riskier choice. The value proposition hinges on the merchant's ability to promptly and effectively answer customer inquiries.
