Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing data-driven insights, detailed analytics on FAQ performance, and a comprehensive help center solution, AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ is the clear choice. Its established user base and positive ratings suggest a more reliable and feature-rich experience. Conversely, OC Product FAQS might suit merchants seeking a very basic, easy-to-implement FAQ section focused specifically on product information, especially if they need to add unlimited FAQs. However, the lack of reviews and ratings is a significant risk factor. Consider that relying on an app with zero ratings or reviews means the merchant will be one of the first to test out any bugs.
Common Questions
Which app is better for understanding customer satisfaction with FAQs?
AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ is designed to gather customer satisfaction data through emoji feedback and article performance analytics. OC Product FAQS does not explicitly mention any features related to customer satisfaction measurement.
Which app is easier to use?
Both apps claim to be easy to use. AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ boasts a "powerful editor," while OC Product FAQS highlights a "user-friendly interface." Without hands-on experience, it's difficult to definitively say which is easier, but OC Product FAQs's emphasis on simplicity and product-focused FAQs suggests potentially a more straightforward setup.
Does either app offer search functionality for FAQs?
AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ offers "insta-search," which instantly finds answers as the user types. OC Product FAQS does not explicitly mention search functionality.
Which app is better for stores with a large product catalog?
OC Product FAQS, with its promise of unlimited FAQs, might seem beneficial for large catalogs. However, without search or analytics, managing a massive FAQ library might become unwieldy. AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ might be better in that regard, if Insta-Search functionality can better help users find answers.
Which app is riskier to install in 2026?
OC Product FAQS carries more inherent risk due to the complete absence of reviews or ratings. While every app poses some risk, zero feedback makes it impossible to assess reliability or potential issues. AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ has a small number of positive reviews which suggest that it does, in fact, work.
