Our Verdict
Choosing between AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ and RecomPal depends entirely on your primary business goals. If your focus is on improving customer self-service and reducing the burden on your support team, AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ is the clear choice, especially given its positive reviews. Its feature set is geared towards creating a comprehensive knowledge base and gathering data on its effectiveness.
However, if your priority is to boost sales and average order value through personalized customer engagement, RecomPal's AI sales assistant approach may be more appealing. However, the lack of reviews makes it a riskier option. Merchants should proceed with caution and closely monitor its performance if they decide to implement it. It's recommended to wait for reviews before considering RecomPal due to the current absence of social proof.
