Our Verdict
For merchants who prioritize complete control over their brand and FAQ content, and who are willing to invest time in building and maintaining a comprehensive help center, AMP: FAQ Page & Help Center HQ is the better choice. The customer feedback feature provides valuable insights for continuous improvement. However, it's important to note the small sample size of reviews. For merchants who need a quick and easy solution that leverages AI to automatically address customer questions on product pages and uncover conversion blockers with minimal effort, Sales AI by Yuma is the more appealing option. While the lack of reviews is a risk, the promise of instant setup and AI-driven insights is compelling.
Ultimately, the best app depends on the merchant's specific needs and priorities. A merchant with many products could benefit from Sales AI's ability to automate FAQ generation, but may risk AI generating inaccurate content. Whereas a merchant with a small product set can write up the FAQs in AMP.
