Our Verdict
The choice between AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer and EasyOrder COD Form&Order form depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant wants to enhance the general shopping experience for all customers and improve cart usability, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is likely the better choice. Its high rating and large number of reviews suggest a widely appreciated solution. However, if a merchant heavily relies on Cash on Delivery (COD) or preorders, EasyOrder COD Form&Order form is the superior option. Its one-page checkout and customizable form builder address the specific challenges associated with these order types, potentially leading to higher conversion rates and streamlined order management. The lower review count suggests a more niche audience.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is likely easier to use due to its focus on enhancing an existing feature rather than creating a completely new checkout flow. EasyOrder COD Form&Order form, while offering powerful customization, may require more setup and configuration to create the perfect order form.
Which app is better for reducing abandoned carts?
EasyOrder COD Form&Order form explicitly mentions abandoned cart tracking as a feature. AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer might indirectly reduce abandoned carts by improving the overall user experience, but it doesn't guarantee it and no functionality is claimed.
Can I use both apps together?
Potentially, but it might be redundant. A slide cart drawer and a one-page checkout replace different parts of the default checkout experience. Using both could create an inconsistent user experience if they conflict.
Which app is better for international sales?
This depends on the merchant's customer base and preferred payment methods. If COD is popular in certain regions, EasyOrder COD Form&Order form might be beneficial. AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is likely universally applicable as a general cart enhancement.
How do I know which app is right for me?
Consider your primary payment methods and order types. If you primarily use COD or preorders, EasyOrder COD Form&Order form is the obvious choice. If you use a variety of payment methods and want to improve the general shopping experience, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is a better fit. Consider trialing both apps if possible.
