Our Verdict
If you're looking to optimize the immediate shopping experience and provide a seamless cart interaction for your customers, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is likely the better choice. Its higher number of reviews indicates a proven track record. It is well suited for the vast majority of Shopify merchants.
However, if your priority is to reduce support burden, empower customers to manage their orders, and increase customer loyalty through self-service order editing, Revize: Order Editing & Upsell is the stronger option. Its feature set is aimed at larger businesses, especially those using Shopify Plus, that can benefit from enterprise-grade order management capabilities.
Common Questions
Which app is better for increasing Average Order Value (AOV)?
Both apps aim to increase AOV, but through different means. AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer likely increases AOV through a more intuitive checkout process and potentially cross-selling within the cart drawer. Revize increases AOV through order page and email upsells, allowing customers to add products to existing orders.
Which app is more suitable for a dropshipping store?
AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer would likely be more beneficial for a dropshipping store as it focuses on the initial conversion and checkout experience, which is critical for success in dropshipping. Revize's order editing features are less relevant for dropshipping businesses due to typically lower margins and simpler order fulfillment processes.
Does AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer offer order editing capabilities?
Based on the provided data, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer primarily focuses on the cart drawer functionality and does not explicitly mention order editing capabilities after the order is placed.
Is Revize suitable for small businesses with limited support resources?
While Revize offers features that can reduce support tickets, its focus on enterprise-grade features and Shopify Plus integration might make it a more complex and potentially expensive solution for very small businesses. Small businesses may find simpler, less feature-rich apps sufficient.
How do the integrations of AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer compare to Revize?
The data does not specify integrations for AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer. Revize is explicitly stated to have 100+ integrations and Shopify Markets support, built with Shopify Plus in mind, suggesting a more comprehensive and advanced integration ecosystem.
