Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to enhance the shopping experience by providing a seamless and visually appealing cart interface, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer is the clear choice, given its high rating and presumably positive user feedback. However, if your business faces significant challenges related to Cash on Delivery payments, such as high RTO rates or fraudulent orders, Shiprocket: Smart COD provides targeted solutions to address those specific pain points. While its rating is lower, the app directly addresses a critical operational issue for certain businesses.
For merchants with minimal COD issues and a strong focus on UX, AMP ‑ Slide Cart Drawer offers broader appeal. Merchants dealing with significant COD challenges, however, should consider Shiprocket despite its lower rating, carefully evaluating user reviews and potential support requirements before committing.
