Our Verdict
For merchants heavily focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and understanding user behavior, Amplitude: Customer Analytics is the superior choice. Its session replay, A/B testing, and funnel analysis features are powerful tools for identifying and resolving conversion bottlenecks. However, given the very low number of reviews, merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app.
If your primary need is custom reporting, data visualization, and the ability to analyze data based on metafields and other custom properties, Mipler — Advanced Reports is the better option. With a high rating and a substantial number of reviews, it appears to be a reliable and well-regarded app for creating customized reports and gaining deeper insights into your store's data. The AI assistant and real-time support further enhance its value for merchants seeking personalized reporting solutions.
