Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing understanding customer behavior and optimizing their store for higher conversion rates through data-driven insights, Amplitude: Customer Analytics is the clear choice. Its A/B testing and session replay features offer a robust toolkit for continuous improvement. However, merchants primarily concerned with improving the bulk ordering experience and handling multiple variants smoothly should opt for MultiVariants ‑ Bulk Order. The high review count and perfect rating suggest positive experiences from merchants using it for that specific purpose.
In summary, Amplitude is for strategic CRO optimization, while MultiVariants is for operational checkout improvement related to bulk or variant orders. They address different pain points and have distinct target audiences.
