Our Verdict
The choice between Amplius Customer Fields and E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards hinges on the merchant's priorities. If the primary goal is to gather detailed customer information and personalize the shopping experience through custom fields and data-driven insights, Amplius Customer Fields is the clear choice. The metafield integration ensures data portability and flexibility. However, for merchants primarily focused on building customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases, and creating a gamified shopping experience, E! ‑ Loyalty Program & Rewards is the superior option. Its established loyalty features and positive reviews suggest a robust platform for engaging customers and increasing sales. While Amplius has data ownership advantage, it has a much lower number of reviews. Consider this as a possible weakness.
