Our Verdict
The choice between Amplius Customer Fields and Tickr Customer Login History depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the goal is to gather specific customer data beyond the standard fields and retain complete ownership of that data within Shopify metafields for personalized experiences, Amplius Customer Fields is the superior choice. Its seamless integration with metafields and customer account pages makes it ideal for businesses requiring detailed customer profiles.
Conversely, if the primary objective is to monitor customer engagement through login tracking, identify potentially churned users, and execute bulk marketing campaigns with discount codes, Tickr Customer Login History is the more suitable option. The bulk discount code generation and marketing features make it particularly useful for B2B or large stores that rely on targeted outreach to improve customer retention and drive sales. While Tickr has a higher rating, the smaller number of reviews should be considered.
