AmSync vs AppsByB: WooCommerce Importerfor Shopify (2026)
AmSync and AppsByB: WooCommerce Importer are both Shopify apps falling under the "Store data importer" category, but they cater to vastly different needs. AmSync focuses on synchronizing a merchant's existing Amazon listings with their Shopify store. Its target audience is merchants who already sell on Amazon and want to efficiently manage their Amazon product catalog within Shopify. AppsByB: WooCommerce Importer, on the other hand, facilitates the migration of data from WooCommerce to Shopify. Its strength lies in its comprehensive migration capabilities, including products, orders, customers, and even blog posts, while preserving SEO rankings. The most significant difference between the two apps is their data source and target. AmSync deals with existing Amazon listings, offering a one-way sync. AppsByB handles complete migrations from a WooCommerce store. While AmSync emphasizes a user-friendly interface (although it lacks supporting reviews), AppsByB focuses on a risk-free migration via a demo and flexible data selection. Furthermore, AppsByB has verifiable social proof with 20 five-star ratings, whereas AmSync has zero reviews, raising concerns about its reliability and performance.
