Our Verdict
Angle: Store Credit Cashback is the superior choice for established brands seeking a comprehensive loyalty program with robust omnichannel capabilities. Its focus on native store credit and seamless POS integration offers a strong value proposition for merchants aiming to boost customer retention and engagement. Kotobee, while functional, caters to a very niche market of Shopify merchants who sell ebooks and manage digital libraries. The lack of reviews and clear positioning compared to Angle suggests it's a riskier investment for merchants seeking proven solutions. Therefore, merchants looking to implement a traditional loyalty program with store credit and omnichannel features should strongly favor Angle. For those solely focused on selling access to ebooks, Kotobee may be considered, but with caution due to the lack of reviews and market validation.
