Animated Button Cart ‑ B&S vs Live Weather Forecast by ESfor Shopify (2026)
Animated Button Cart ‑ B&S and Live Weather Forecast by ES, while both listed under the 'Animation and effects' category, serve fundamentally different purposes for Shopify merchants. Animated Button Cart ‑ B&S focuses on enhancing the user interface and driving conversions by animating 'Add to Cart' and 'Buy Now' buttons. Its core strength lies in its ability to potentially improve sales through visual appeal and strategic animation. The limited review data suggests caution is warranted despite the perfect rating. In contrast, Live Weather Forecast by ES provides a real-time weather display based on location. Its strength lies in offering dynamic, location-specific content that can enrich the customer experience, particularly for stores targeting local audiences or those selling weather-sensitive products. However, the app currently lacks any user reviews, making its reliability and ease of use difficult to assess. The target merchant is likely different, with Animated Button Cart focusing on general conversion optimization and Live Weather Forecast catering to niche stores where weather information is relevant.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate sales impact through visual enhancements to their 'Add to Cart' and 'Buy Now' buttons, Animated Button Cart ‑ B&S is the more relevant option, although the limited number of reviews necessitates cautious testing. However, merchants should consider that 2 reviews isn't statistically significant.
Live Weather Forecast by ES is suitable for businesses where providing weather information is directly relevant to their offerings or target audience. For example, a sporting goods store, a gardening supply shop, or a local tourism business might find value in this app. The lack of reviews, however, makes it a riskier choice, and merchants should carefully evaluate their need for this feature before installing it.
