Antla AI Virtual Try On vs TMD Custom Size Chart & Guidefor Shopify (2026)
Antla AI Virtual Try On and TMD Custom Size Chart & Guide address fundamentally different needs within a Shopify store. Antla AI focuses on enhancing the customer experience through virtual try-on capabilities, appealing to merchants selling products like eyewear, apparel, or cosmetics where visual representation is crucial. In contrast, TMD Custom Size Chart & Guide targets merchants grappling with sizing complexities in their product lines. It enables them to provide detailed and customizable size charts to minimize returns and increase customer satisfaction related to fit. While both contribute to improved customer experience, their core functionalities serve distinct purposes and target different product categories. The key difference lies in their approach to product representation. Antla AI uses AI to allow customers to 'try on' products virtually, which can significantly boost conversion rates for visual products. TMD, on the other hand, relies on well-structured size charts to provide accurate sizing information, addressing a common source of customer confusion and returns for clothing, shoes, and accessories. The lack of reviews for TMD Custom Size Chart & Guide, especially compared to the positive reviews of Antla AI, poses a significant challenge for merchants considering it.

Our Verdict
For merchants selling products where visual appearance is paramount and who want to leverage cutting-edge AI technology, Antla AI Virtual Try On is the clear choice. The high rating and positive reviews suggest it delivers a worthwhile experience. However, its suitability depends on the product type.
For merchants struggling with sizing-related returns, TMD Custom Size Chart & Guide could be a beneficial tool. The extensive customization options allow tailoring the size chart to fit the brand's aesthetics and product specifications. However, the lack of reviews and a zero rating should give merchants pause. Unless extensive testing is possible, the risk is potentially too high compared to a proven solution.
