Anyfication vs Order Management — Trackeasyfor Shopify (2026)
Anyfication and Order Management — Trackeasy are both Shopify apps designed to enhance store management through staff notifications, though they cater to very different needs. Anyfication positions itself as a general-purpose alert system, delivering customizable notifications to communication channels like Slack, Discord, and email for a wide range of store events. In contrast, Order Management — Trackeasy is a specialized solution focused on streamlining order fulfillment processes, particularly in environments with multiple locations, users, and preparation stages, such as restaurants or warehouses. The primary difference lies in their functionality and target audience. Anyfication offers broader applicability with its customizable alert system and integration with various communication platforms, making it suitable for merchants seeking enhanced communication and real-time insights across diverse store events. Trackeasy excels in order tracking, from preparation to delivery, providing detailed reports and multi-device accessibility tailored to businesses managing complex order fulfillment workflows. The small review count of Anyfication suggests it's a newer or less widely adopted solution than Trackeasy, which may reflect a niche audience or recent launch. Given the 5/5 rating for both apps, user satisfaction appears high, although the drastically different review counts give more weight to Trackeasy's feedback. Ultimately, the choice depends on whether a merchant needs a comprehensive notification system (Anyfication) or a robust order management solution (Trackeasy).

Our Verdict
For merchants needing a broad notification system that integrates with various communication platforms to monitor diverse store events, Anyfication is the better choice. Its customizable alerts and support for Slack, Discord, and email provide flexibility for staying informed. However, the very low review count suggests caution is warranted. Merchants specifically struggling with order preparation, tracking, and delivery, especially those operating in multi-location or multi-user environments like restaurants or warehouses, should strongly consider Order Management — Trackeasy. Its focus on streamlining order fulfillment and its higher review count indicate a proven solution for these specific challenges.
While both apps boast 5/5 ratings, the drastically different number of reviews necessitates careful consideration. Trackeasy's higher number of positive reviews provides a more robust validation of its capabilities for its specific use case. Anyfication holds potential but requires more validation from the Shopify community.
