AOD External Links Button vs Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawerfor Shopify (2026)
AOD External Links Button and Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawer are both Shopify apps operating within the 'Checkout' and 'Cart customization' categories, but they address vastly different merchant needs. Our Verdict
The choice between AOD External Links Button and Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawer hinges entirely on the merchant's business model and objectives. If a merchant's strategy involves affiliate marketing and capturing sales across multiple platforms, AOD External Links Button is the clear choice. This is particularly relevant for businesses where price comparison is rampant. On the other hand, if the goal is to maximize the value of each order within the Shopify store by encouraging customers to buy more, Kaching AI Slide Cart Drawer is the better option. Its features are specifically designed to increase AOV and conversion rates within the existing shopping experience. Although Kaching AI has a better rating and more reviews, AOD could be a better choice depending on the merchant goals.

Can both apps be used together?
Potentially, but it requires careful consideration. Using both could create a conflicting user experience. A merchant needs to decide what action is best for their conversion goals.
Which app provides better customization options?
