AOV.ai Post Purchase Upsell vs BeSure Checkout Rulesfor Shopify (2026)
AOV.ai Post Purchase Upsell focuses on increasing Average Order Value (AOV) through strategically placed upsells after the initial purchase. It allows merchants to offer one-click upsells on the post-purchase, thank you, and order status pages without requiring customers to re-enter their payment details. BeSure Checkout Rules, on the other hand, concentrates on optimizing the checkout process itself. It empowers merchants to customize the checkout experience by conditionally modifying the visibility, order, and functionality of shipping and payment methods based on various criteria. While both apps address the checkout experience, they tackle different aspects. AOV.ai is designed for merchants seeking to boost AOV by offering additional products or services *after* the customer has completed their initial purchase. BeSure Checkout Rules is intended for merchants who want to streamline and control the *entire* checkout process, reducing friction and potentially increasing conversion rates by offering relevant payment and shipping options based on specific conditions. The apps could be used together to achieve even greater checkout optimization.
