Our Verdict
Shopwaive Credit, Loyalty & AI is the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants, especially those prioritizing customer retention, flexible payment options, and AI-driven business insights. Its established reputation (5/5 rating, 15 reviews) provides a level of confidence that APEX Fulfilment, with its lack of reviews, simply cannot offer. If a merchant's *sole* focus is on automating order tag updates and they are comfortable being an early adopter of an unproven app, APEX Fulfilment *might* be considered, but the risk is substantial.
However, for businesses looking to enhance customer engagement, offer rewards, and leverage AI, Shopwaive offers a comprehensive solution with a proven track record. Its integration capabilities and extensive feature set make it a more versatile and valuable investment for most Shopify stores, even if the merchant doesn't need *every* feature.
