Our Verdict
The choice between Appointo and Sky Pilot hinges entirely on the merchant's business model. If you sell services or time-based appointments, Appointo is the clear choice. Its focus on scheduling, automated communication, and integrations with calendars and video conferencing platforms makes it ideal for service providers. If, however, your business revolves around selling downloadable digital files, Sky Pilot will be the more suitable solution, offering presumably secure and efficient file delivery. The two apps address fundamentally different business needs; therefore, there isn't a general 'better' option, but rather a more appropriate choice based on product type.
