Our Verdict
The choice between AppsByB: Backup & Restore and Heartbeat ‑ Health Monitoring depends entirely on the merchant's primary needs. If the priority is protecting store data from loss, managing multiple stores efficiently, and ensuring data redundancy, then AppsByB is the clear choice. However, merchants more concerned with optimizing store performance, identifying potential issues proactively, and ensuring a smooth customer experience should opt for Heartbeat.
Given the limited review counts for both applications, it's recommended to look for additional data points, such as case studies or more detailed reviews from other sources, before making a final decision. A crucial factor is to assess which problem—data security or store performance—presents the bigger risk and choose accordingly.
